No hidden mark-ups
Routine repairs are charged at cost, with an itemised quote and before-and-after photos. What the contractor charges is what you pay.
An annual asset review
Once a year we review your property as an investment: its condition, a costed five-year plan, the rent against the market and your net yield.
Let within 30 days, or no fee
When we refurbish your property, we aim to let it within 30 days of the work finishing. If we don't, you pay no tenant-find fee.
