Kitchen refit
BeforeA dated kitchen with tired units, a freestanding gas cooker and worn worktops. It was holding the whole property back, and we saw the chance to transform it.DuringWe stripped the room back to the walls, rerouted the services and prepared it for a complete new kitchen.AfterNew units, worktops, tiling, flooring and lighting, with a built-in oven and hob. The property was let within a week of going to market.
Kitchen facelift
BeforeThe landlord didn't want a full refurbishment, but the property was struggling to let. Dated cream units, patterned tiles and a worn floor were putting tenants off.DuringWe kept the sound units and worktops, repainted the cabinets and tiles, and fitted a new dishwasher.AfterNew flooring and under-cabinet lighting finished the job: a fresh, modern kitchen for far less than the cost of a full refit.
Living room refurbishment
